Pure Construction (Midlands) Ltd was established by its Directors in 2004.

The Company was founded to provide a hands-on, personal and pro-active approach to delivering tailor made projects to meet the Client's needs.

This can involve, where required, all stages of the construction process from design, through to the fitting-out and handover of the completed project.

Work is undertaken in the fields of new build construction in the industrial,

education & health, retail and commercial sectors as well as residential, civil engineering, demolition and refurbishment.

Projects are carried out on a Design & Build basis under the traditional forms of contract and range from £100,000 up to £10 million.

From its base between Nottingham and Derby, the Company operates predominantly in, but not restricted to, the Midlands region.
