Description:
Extension and total refurbishment of existing medical centre, all undertaken whilst keeping the surgery live by splitting the project into distinct phases allow safe public access and egress during the works.
The facility incorporated a new Pharmacy, new Minor Treatment Rooms and more than doubling the Consulting Rooms.
The project was constructed under BREEAM and achieved a ‘Very Good’ rating.
